WHO ARE WE?

JLH was founded by Josh Hayes in 2023.   Josh started work with Young's Mechanical in Bowling Green KY in 2008. He started in the field as a laborer. In 2014 he took on the role of plumbing and HVAC estimator and project manager, where he applied his field experience to use in bidding and executing projects.  By 2019 he was overseeing all projects and estimates for Youngs.  In 2019 Young's was purchased by the nation's largest mechanical company Comfort Systems. After the sale Josh became the Director of Construction for the KY office.  He has gained experience in all Plumbing, HVAC, Medical Gas and Industrial Piping applications.
